Jobwatch
Find the jobs that actually fit you.
Jobwatch searches job boards and the career pages of employers you care about, removes duplicates, and scores every posting against your resume. The AI of your choosing reviews the best matches, and every match has to cite real evidence from your resume, so nothing gets invented. You stay in control: Jobwatch never applies for you.

Features
What it does
Searches everywhere
Broad job boards, the hiring pages of employers you watch, and USAJOBS for federal roles, all in one queue.
Scored against your resume
Import your resume once. Each posting gets a fit score and a match band, with the best matches reviewed first.
No made-up qualifications
The AI has to cite your real experience for every match. Anything it cannot back up becomes a gap, not a claim.
Location and pay that make sense
Knows remote from on-site, catches remote jobs limited to other states, and reads salary ranges out of the posting.
Tracks your applications
Mark jobs interesting, applied, interviewing or offered. Your decisions are never swept away by a new search.
Help with the paperwork
Drafts application materials from your resume, checked so they only say what you can back up.
